  Sorry, I misunderstood you. Please provide me with the items you want me to order for you then so I can get this paper to my customer. On May 6th when we had our initial exchanged I asked you if I go to your website and place an order, and when I didn't hear from you, I thought you were waiting for me to do that. So, I guess I was confused, I admitted to being new at this and needed more direction, clearly. I will need your address and contact information in order to send you your items. I will send you an email with my address. Thank you for clearing things up for me, and I apologize for the stupidity. Please let me know as soon as possible the items you wish me to direct order for you and provide me with your address so that I can send them to you. I would like to finalize this for my customer since she will be coming to my June 6th class in a couple of weeks and has already received her other items she ordered from me. Again, thanks for the hlep and appreciate your willingness to deal with a demonstrator who clearly needs more direction.
