Directions:
Box —
a. Use the Big Shot and the Two Tags die (wider tag) to die cut two Pool Party tags and one Designer Series Paper (DSP) tag. Fold along score lines on all three tags. Apply Snail adhesive to back of DSP tag being sure to avoid putting the adhesive in the center of the tag (above and below the slit). Adhere DSP to one of the Pool Party tags. Apply Sticky Strip to lower portion of back side of both tags. (See sample at table.) Set aside for now.
b. Score the 2-7/8” x 6-3/4” Pool party card stock on the shorter side at 1/2” and 2-3/8”. Next score the longer side at 2” and 4-3/4”.
c. Use your paper snips to cut the box according to the template at your table. Fold along all score lines and crease folds with a bone folder. Apply Sticky Strip to the box following the template at your table. Remove Sticky Strip red backing from center section of box and assemble box base.
d. Remove Sticky Strip red backing from back of the Pool Party tag. Adhere to bottom of box base taking care to line up the fold line on the tag with the bottom edge of the box base. Remove Sticky Strip red backing from the side of the box base and adhere to Pool Party tag to complete one side of box. Repeat with DSP tag on opposite side of box.
e. Slide one end of 5/8” x 7-1/2” Pool Party card stock into slit on tag on box base to form handle. Using the 1/16” Circle Punch, punch hole through handle using the hole in the tag as a guide. Insert a Mini Brad into hole and secure brad. Repeat on other side of box to complete handle.
Adhere 1/2” x 2-3/4” Island Indigo card stock on lower part of DSP on front of box.
g. Use the Decorative Label Punch to punch 2” x 2-1/2” Tangerine Tango card stock. Use the Owl Punch to punch one heart from a scrap of Summer Starfruit card stock.
h. Stamp coffee mug image using Pool Party Ink on 2” x 2” Whisper White card stock. Punch out image using the 1-3/4” Circle Punch. Adhere Summer Starfruit heart to center of heart on stamped image.
i. Adhere stamped image to Tangerine Tango decorative label. Place Dimensionals on the back of the label, and then attach it to the front of the box.
j. Thread Baker’s Twine through button and tie in bow. Add Glue Dot to the back of the button and attach over Mini Brad on front of box.
Mini Cards —
a. Score all 2-1/8” x 6” Whisper White card stock pieces at 3” along the 6” side to form the card bases.
b. Adhere 3/8” x 2-1/8” DSP pieces to bottom edges of card bases.
c. Use the Big Shot and the Needlepoint Embossing Folder to emboss the cards just above the DSP pieces.
d. Stamp images from the Patterned Occasions stamp set on the cards using various ink colors (Island Indigo, Pool Party, Rich Razzleberry, Summer Starfruit, and Tangerine Tango). Place cards inside of the box.
Hi Carol. On my card for DD #69, I only used dimensionals on the flowers to prop them up. The leaves I actually stuck to the crumb cake band with Tombow. Hope that helps.
I'm not sure if you are the same Carol who asked for directions for the box on my blog, but the Google thing is confusing now and I thought I'd check here and see if you might be a demo. Hopefully you are the same person or else you're going to think I'm a nut. lol
Anyway, I just used the tutorial from Splitcoast that you can find here: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/2_5_7_10_box/
Hi there, got the template for the tea cups up. Enjoy, s.

Carol,
For my card in the Stampin' Success, I just wrapped the bakers twine around the card three times then tied it off in a bow. Hope this helps you.
