  Hi Linda -

  I wish I could diagnose that problem, but it's really tricky for me to do without seeing what you're seeing. You could reach out to some of the others that are on our group page - share with them what email system you are using, and see if any of them have had a similar issue and how they resolved it.

  I had another demonstrator who was having some problems and she tried it in gmail instead and that seemed to resolve it, so you could maybe try using a different email system.

  If neither of those things resolve the problem please feel free to contact Demonstrator Support. They may be able to walk through some scenarios with you.
