    Betty, This bag is not Stampin' Up Fabric. It was made before our fabric came out. It is exactly the size to fit our Idea book and Catalog. The squares are cut with the scallop square die on the Big shot. Each square is a front and back piece of fabric with a piece of cotton batting in the middle. You sew and X through the square to quilt it. Then each side of the bag is 4 rows of 3 squares sewn together. I put the handle inside the top where I want them and top stitch across the top of the panel. Then you just sew the front and back together. Feel free to contact me again if you have more questions.
