  Hi Becky, thanks for your compliments. I have not made a tutorial but I can give you a brief instruction. The cone is made from a 5 x 5 square inch cardstock and rolled to make a cone. Inside the cone I attached a strip of cardstock glued close to the top of the rim of the cone. This was used to attach the flowers and foliage and to make the bouquet look fuller.
