  Hi Barb. Thanks for your comment. The technique is called floating re-inkers, among other names. I followed a tutorial on Patty Bennett's blog. I stamped the rose from Fifth Avenue Floral on Shimmery white CS using white craft ink and embossed with clear EP. I used a plastic lid to put drops of re-inkers on. Then spritz the CS with water - you want it quite wet - and pick up the re-inker using an aquapainter and just touch the aquapainter to areas of the flower. The ink just flows magically! It's quite fun to do. It does take a while to dry after you have it all coloured in. I usually need to leave mine overnight. when it's dry, cut out with paper snips. Hope you give it a try!
