    Hi Anna -

    Thanks for the sweet comment on my card.. The banner was cut srtaight from the card stock using a template made from some light weight chip board. I flipped my stock over so the banner would be on the side I want, and then just cut it out. You can't see the top cut because it is covered by te scallop/cloud panel. I hop that helped you out, if not let me know. :)
